We have built a reputation for staging effective conferences in many of the top venues throughout the UK and many overseas destinations as well.

A successful event needs to be planned from the bottom up and that includes getting the words right to start with. We can advise not only on scripting but also in training your speakers to deliver their material effectively. Nobody enjoys public speaking, but we can help the butterflies to, at the very least, fly in formation.

The next stage is to select a venue that not only has the necessary facilities but also offers value for money - not the easiest of tasks! We work with you at every step of the way in support of your in house team, to ensure that nothing gets overlooked - and everyone is a hero at the end of the day.

Technical Presentation

If you go to the theatre and come out talking about the lighting, then obviously the play left something to be desired.

Similarly, a conference is deemed to be a success if the delegates are both informed as well as entertained. The staging of the event should never overshadow the message.

Achieving a rounded production is which every element of the event compliments everything else is a real art. Taming technology and using it to achieve your objectives is our speciality.

As Event Directors our role is to interpret your needs, provide creative input and project manage all the technical aspects of the event. We work with many excellent audio visual equipment suppliers and take responsibility for directing the day and of ensuring that your event is remembered for all the right reasons.

Event Direction

Every orchestra needs a conductor and every conference needs a director in order to bring out the very best for each of the players.

The director has a complete overview of the whole event and looks at each separate element in the context of how it will enhance the end result.

Helping individual speakers to perform well, ensuring that each lighting, sound and visual cue happens at the right moment - and also having options available to cope with the unexpected, are all part of the event directors role.

Script Writing

They say that the Brain is an amazing thing. It starts to work the moment we are born and doesn't stop till the moment we go up to speak on stage. What is said on stage during a conference has to be right and therefore has to be written.

However, writing words that are spoken on stage is a completely different art to writing memos or reports. In addition, everyone has a different style of delivery. Some are happy to use bullet points, some can read from a printed script and bring the words to life, whereas others prefer to use a teleprompt.

Whatever needs to be said, and whoever needs to say it, we can help to get it right. After all, you only have one chance to make a first impression.
